Dr. Holt

Dr. Heather Holt

Dr. Holt is a native of Long Prairie, Minnesota. She fell in love with the art of dentistry and has a strong desire to help people. She completed her education at the College of Saint Benedict and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Holt decided to open a practice in the Long Prairie area because she yearned to help the community she calls home.

Dr. Holt is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Minnesota Dental Association (MDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). She received the Swanson Memorial Award in Prosthodontics, as well as a Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics.

Moreover, Dr. Holt prides herself on being a down-to-earth person. She’s the type of dentist who likes to talk with patients and will even crack a few jokes (not necessarily good ones) to make your experience in her office as pleasant as possible. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her growing family and everything outdoors. This includes gardening (although she has a bit of a green thumb for weeds),hunting, fishing, and camping.

Making a Difference with United Heroes League

Our team works hard to better the dental health of children and adults throughout the Long Prairie community. But we felt we could do more to give back. That’s why we’re helping veterans and active military members’ children through donations to the United Heroes League. Through these contributions, we can help provide kids with sporting equipment and financial assistance for camps, special events and activities.

Safe, Fun Space for Children

We understand the difficulties parents face bringing young children to a dentist's office. That’s why we have a special area in the waiting room where children can play and stay busy. Plus kiddos will get a special token to use in our toy vending dispensers after each visit!
